• Hot or boil-wash all bed linen and clothing within affected areas (over 60 degrees - preferably before treatment of affected rooms)
• Please strip all beds of bed linen, sheets etc. before treatment of affected rooms
• Customers will need to switch off or disable any smoke alarms before treatment is carried out, and switch off boilers with any naked flames
• You will need to make arrangements to vacate premises for at least three hours, during the course of each treatment
